Buyer protection

Your payment is not released to the seller until delivery plus a 48-hour inspection window. Open a dispute with photos if the part is not as described, is the wrong part, arrived damaged, or never arrived. The seller answers first and can offer a discount, take the part back at their own cost, or refund you in full. If you and the seller can't agree, Departz reviews the evidence from both sides and decides. Sellers who repeatedly cause disputes receive strikes and can be removed.

Airbags, seat belts/pretensioners, batteries and catalytic converters are sold for in-person pickup only.
